What is a user? Can we set permissions?

A user is any person who uses the software. In our pricing plan, each subscription comes with one user. This individual has access to all the services and features of PeopleInsight. Sometimes, organizations want more people to have access to the analytics, and these are additional users.  We can define privileges for any user so they only have access to specified areas, analytics, views and dashboards. Most organizations start with anywhere between 1 and 5 users and grow from there. 

 

How does the 30-day Free Trial work?

Our free trial provides you with a full version of PeopleInsight for thirty days. During this time you get the full experience of the breadth and depth of our PeopleInsight solution, plus our team of experts will be with you the entire time (just like they are with our customers). Our customer value team is the best. You'll get the same hands-on, responsive team whether you're on our free trial or a long-time customer. We want you to know exactly what you're getting when you become a PeopleInsight customer. 

 

What other services do you offer?

Beyong our standard, deluxe and talent acquisition editions, we offer custom surveys for our customers. These are event-based automated surveys that feed into the analytics seamlessly providing additional insight into what is happening within the organization. We have single surveys or suites of surveys including: candidate, recruitment, onboarding, new hire, quality of hire, exit, and more. Contact us for a quote. 

What data sources can I add?

Truth is, any data sources you have. Our deluxe edition includes all your HR and Talent data plus one additional source of business data. You define what that is. When you're ready to add more, no problem. We can add any number of business results data to your plan for a small addition to your subscription.
