Guide to People Analytics
Our first piece of 2020 content is PeopleInsight’s Guide to People Analytics. In this guide PeopleInsight Co-Founder and CEO, John Pensom define people analytics as:
Using both people data and business outcomes data to make smarter people and business decisions.
This guide goes deep into people analytics as this is an opportunity for HR to provide valuable insights and drive data-driven decisions to the organization. HR has tons of HR data, and it’s time for HR to make the most out of it.
Give this guide a read and see what people analytics can do for your organization.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Analytics
In today’s business climate, you’d be hard pressed to find an organization that does not talk about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) as a business priority, a goal, a value, a differentiator, a part of organizational culture, and, at the same time, a focused area for improvement.
On the one hand, a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion is important for companies looking to build workplaces that are representative of the world in which we live. In addition, investments in diversity, equity and inclusion have a well-documented relationship to business performance and increased profits.
But at PeopleInsight, we see DE&I as a key cultural foundation for organizations. We believe this is a human rights conversation. And we believe diversity, equity and inclusion should be a focus because it is the right thing to do.
