The Role

Selling directly into the North American mid-market, our journey has only just begun. We are now looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to consistently source and engage high quality prospects who will become our next reference clients.

You will be a critical, ground floor resource in building, optimizing and scaling our outbound sales capability and relentlessly executing our outbound processes, modelled on some of our SAAS-based outbound heroes like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Our BDRs work at the top of the funnel identifying, engaging and nurturing the best future PeopleInsight customers with the single goal of finding people and companies that may be a good fit to work with us.

You will be focused on systematically identifying and engaging business-savvy and action oriented HR executives across industries that genuinely believe talent creates competitive advantage - these are the workforce analytics early adopters. The beauty of this target profile is that they know a good thing when they see it – as do we.

 Your Characteristics

  • Outgoing and engaging personality. A great listener and team player.
  • Have intellectual agility, attention-to-detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset; you demonstrate drive, initiative, energy, and sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
  • Have an interest in working in a fast-paced technology environment. You are flexible and responsive, capable of prioritizing and maintaining organization in a continuously evolving atmosphere.
  • Confident and comfortable connecting with senior professionals with communication skills to articulate value proposition to HR executives and professionals.
  • Able to maintain an efficient and quality pace in tracking leads, conversions, and other metrics associated with the Business Development Team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Your Past Successes/Skills & Qualifications

  • Working in an environment with high-level attention-to-detail and have proven flexible when priorities shift.
  • Collaborating as a team and communicating with team members and managers. You understand the importance of clear communication, both written and verbal, and are not afraid of feedback. You are also capable of working independently.
