We’re a privately held tech startup based in Ottawa with deep roots from Cognos & Accenture, focused exclusively on one of the hottest areas of HR and business right now. Big data – check. Cloud – check. Mobile – check. SAAS-based analytics – check. Beautifully simple – check. Working with some of the most reputable brands in Canada and the US – double check.
Selling directly into the North American mid-market, our journey has only just begun. We are now looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to consistently source and engage high quality prospects who will become our next reference clients.
You will be a critical, ground floor resource in building, optimizing and scaling our outbound sales capability and relentlessly executing our outbound processes, modelled on some of our SAAS-based outbound heroes like HubSpot and Salesforce.
Our BDRs work at the top of the funnel identifying, engaging and nurturing the best future PeopleInsight customers with the single goal of finding people and companies that may be a good fit to work with us.
You will be focused on systematically identifying and engaging business-savvy and action oriented HR executives across industries that genuinely believe talent creates competitive advantage - these are the workforce analytics early adopters. The beauty of this target profile is that they know a good thing when they see it – as do we.

You must have creative ideas on how to engage professionals/executives who are inundated on a daily basis from numerous vendors and sources.
